New 4-Week sessions start on the first Wednesday of every month.
Each four week, one hour session is $60.00.
During "The Art of Sensual Dance" 4-week session you will:
- Be engaged in a safe and loving atmosphere where women learn how to come into their own confident way of movement;
- Tone your body, laugh, have fun, and more importantly, know your own value in being a beautiful and confident woman;
- Learn new classic sensual dance moves, a sexy routine and striptease that is yours to share with your partner or enjoy for yourself;
- Leave this class with a glow on your face, fun times, confidence within yourself and some sexy/sensual moves you can take with you to a girls night out on the town or for that someone special;

What will I learn in the Art of Sensual Dance?
Imagine
how much fun you'll have surprising yourself or that special someone
with an unforgettable strip tease and lap dance!. Develop confidence and
learn how to build anticipation with touch, tease and eye-contact. We
will show you moves, transitions and tips to find your own style,
techniques and grace to feel sexy in your own body and give an
unbelievable strip tease and lap dance.
Specifically,
you'll learn the art of the seductive catwalk, floor work, salacious
body language, wall work, lap dancing and how to look and feel sexy
dancing sensually—all in a classy fashion designed to revive your
femininity. From a fitness standpoint, the class provides basic exotic
dance movements that target core, legs and hips.
What should I wear?
For
attire, we recommend you wear workout clothes and bring a pair of
high-heels. Later on in the class, there will be opportunity to bring in
specific articles of clothing in order to learn the art of strip tease.
Do students remove clothes fully in class?
Students wear layers over their workout clothing when learning the art of strip tease, so there is no nudity.
Do men take the classes?
No, classes are a safe space for women only.
The Art of Sensual Dance is limited to ten women

Yes, I provide individual and group private sessions, including private Pole dancing sessions
